Specification
TAE buffers (Tris acetate EDTA bufferare used for electrophoresis of nucleic acids and give an excellent resolution of the DNA bands under low voltage. These buffers are prepared in higher concentrations than the intended final concentration. The buffer should be diluted 50 times with ddH2O to reach final concentration.
Appearance: Clear and colorless solution, RNase, DNase and protease free.
